She guided me through signing documents again with her expertise and patience. This is the first time renting a storage unit and would highly recommend Your Way for the sole reason of Cynthia. In today's society and being old school, no physical human being present at facility is a challenge but she talked me through with dignity and respect. Thank you Shannon Marschalk

We are a catering company that had many questions and needed several units. He gave me the information I needed and followed up with making sure all my questions were answered. I thought the front doors would be a pain to open with their App but not the case. Easy, easy, easy and fast. The App allows us to give other employees access easily. I checked in at the front office and was quickly greeted by an agent online at a giant monitor who helped me sign up for multiple units. Took a little time but it was nice to see a friendly face. Facility is clean, well lit and comfortable. I would recommend Walton Way location if you live in Augusta, Ga. Ask for Lloyd!!!! He will inform you with all the pertinent details in a flash! Thanks Lloyd, your awesome!!!!

So far we are very happy with our move! Aliya and Lloyd were tremendously helpful and responsive in negotiating a good price on a rental contract. The facility manager, Titus, is very friendly and helpful too! The facility is clean, and the electronic access is very easy. We are thrilled with our unit location and very grateful for a good, secure, climate controlled space. We are very happy with the 10x5 option as opposed to a 5x10. Access is much easier.
