The Move-Out Form officially closes your lease and stops billing. Without it, your account remains active and charges will continue even if your unit is empty.
Once we review your Move-Out Form, we'll process your move-out and email a confirmation receipt within 24-48 hours. If anything is missing or unclear, we'll contact you right away.
