Yes, you can bring your own lock for standard units. For smart units with Nokē Smart Entry, a traditional lock isn't needed since you unlock with your phone. For convenience, we also offer locks for purchase at each unit during move-in for a small fee.

Access hours vary by location. Standard access is typically 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Some locations offer 24/7 access, and business customers can request extended or 24-hour access for a small additional fee.

Move-Out Process

What do I need to do before moving out?

Before moving out, you must:

  • Completely empty your unit (remove all personal items)
  • Remove all locks you added
  • Sweep the unit clean (remove dirt and debris)
  • Leave the unit in good condition

The unit must be completely cleared for move-out to be completed.

How do I officially complete my move-out?

After your unit is empty and clean, submit the online Move-Out Form:

This form lets us:

  • Confirm your move-out date
  • Close your lease officially
  • Stop future billing
  • Send your final confirmation

IMPORTANT: Your move-out is not complete until the form is submitted. If the form is not received, billing may continue.

Why is the Move-Out Form required?

The Move-Out Form officially closes your lease and stops billing. Without it, your account remains active and charges will continue even if your unit is empty.

When will I receive move-out confirmation?

Once we review your Move-Out Form, we'll process your move-out and email a confirmation receipt within 24-48 hours. If anything is missing or unclear, we'll contact you right away.

Who can I contact if I need help with move-out?
